HydraFresh

HydraFresh Facial  ~ Exfoliate ~ Detoxify ~ Replenish ~ Rehydrate

Hydration, anti-oxidants, and collagen are the foundation for healthy, radiant skin. UV exposure, as well as dehydration and skin irritants, have been proven to increase signs of aging. Triggered by repeated exposure to the elements, sun damage, smoking, pollution, and genetics, a decrease in the skin’s tone and texture can add unwarranted years onto a person’s appearance. Over time, both men and women develop discoloration, enlarged pores, fine lines, and wrinkles. Your skin is most beautiful when it’s healthy. Skin is unique in that it has the ability to regenerate and renew itself. A Hydraderm Facial will help restore your skin to its healthiest state by removing impurities and replenishing your skin with essential nutrients and hydration. A Hydroderm Facial is not only effective at improving overall skin health but also excellent for remedying:

  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles

  • Elasticity & Firmness

  • Rough Skin Texture

  • Dry, Flaking Patches

  • Brown Spots and Blemishes

  • Acne and Break-Outs

  • Oily, Congested Skin

  • Enlarged Pores

What is a Hydrodermabrasion Facial?
This non-invasive treatment utilizes hydro-technology to exfoliate, detoxify, replenish and rehydrate your skin. It delivers immediate results without discomfort, irritation, or downtime. This multi-step procedure uses a series of hydro-tips to perform different functions. The

Hydra-Derm Tip has an abrasive edge which gently exfoliates the skin with each pass. The

Hydra-Extraction Tip has a unique spiral design that creates a vortex which is effective in dislodging blackheads and flushing impurities. The Hydra-Fusion Tip infuses skin with professional-strength hyaluronic acid, anti-aging antioxidants, and peptides. The treatment serums do not just sit on top of the epidermis, like a lotion or cream. The hydra-technology tips are able to more effectively deliver therapeutic ingredients deeper into the skin, resulting in higher levels of cell absorption.

  • Exfoliate:  loosens dry, dead skin cells, dirt & other debris to unclog pores.

  • Detoxify:  thoroughly deep clean pores by flushing out excess oil & impurities.

  • Rehydrate:  infuses Hyaluronic Acid deeper into the skin, restoring hydration & rejuvenating.

  • Replenish:  bathe renewed skin in a custom blend of antioxidants & peptides helping to make it healthier on the inside and out.

Am I a candidate for a Hydroderm Facial?
A Hydroderm Facial is suitable for all skin types, including thin or aging skin, ethnic skin, dry or oily skin. Even the most sensitive skin easily tolerates a Hydroderm Facial. Other skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema can benefit from this treatment as well. Our skin care therapist will tailor the corrective serums to treat your unique skin condition.

How long does the treatment take?
A Hydroderm Facial session takes approximately 45-60 minutes. Add-on optional treatments will add to treatment time.

Is there any pain or downtime?
There is NO discomfort during the procedure. It is often described as feeling like a "cool paintbrush moving slowly over your face." The skin may appear slightly pink after treatment, but will quickly subside. You may put on make-up and return to normal activities right after the treatment as there is no downtime. You should always wear sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun for the next several days.

What results may be expected?
A HydraDerm Facial improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, congested and enlarged pores, oily or acne-prone skin, hyperpigmentation, and brown spots.

How many treatments are needed to see results? How long do results last?
Many people see visible skin refinement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment. Depending on your skin type, the frequency will vary. A single treatment is perfect for those who need a fresh and glowing appearance for a special event or occasion. For those wanting to maintain healthy skin and a vibrant look, monthly treatments are recommended.

What is the difference between MicroDermabrasion and HydraDermabrasion?
Diamond MicroDermabrasion uses abrasive tips to provide maximum strength physical exfoliation by buffing the outermost skin layer. It’s best performed on heavy dead skin, rough skin, severely pigmented skin or pitted skin. HydraDermabrasion uses saline water and other serums as an exfoliating and cleansing medium. It is gentler than MicroDermabrasion and is more suitable for those with sensitive skin conditions. Throughout the process, as the dead skin cells are exfoliated and blackheads are extracted, the skin is covered by treatment serums which decreases irritation. The serum is easily absorbed and supplies the skin with vital nutrition and moisture. Unlike MicroDermabrasion, HydraDermabrasion does not produce heat or inflame the skin, so HydraDermabrasion can be used safely and painlessly to treat acne sufferers and to exfoliate rosacea and other sensitive skin conditions.

What is a HydraPeel?
A HydraPeel adds an enzyme peel step to a HydraFacial. First, the hydradermabrasion step loosens dead skin, excess oil and other debris while simultaneously deep cleansing pores. Next, an enzyme peel removes the dull, damaged, outer skin layer to reveal the healthier underlying skin layer. Then your renewed skin is bathed in vitamin-enriched hydration and custom-blended corrective serums. This advanced exfoliation treatment is soothing, refreshing, non-irritating and delivers immediate results without downtime.
